2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ph.modern Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one ph.modern Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. ph.modern reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the ph.modern Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ph.modern or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been barred from the Platform by ph.modern for any reason.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph.modern login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph.modern will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your ph.modern Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph.modern customer support immediately via live chat. ph.modern will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). ph.modern may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your ph.modern Account at any time by contacting customer support. ph.modern reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph.modern accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. ph.modern does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on ph.modern are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is required for Filipino players.
4.3 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the ph.modern cashier page and may be updated from time to time. ph.modern reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method where required. ph.modern aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph.modern is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. ph.modern reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any Account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by ph.modern are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your ph.modern Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unwagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph.modern reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. ph.modern reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus balance from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been met.
5.5 Changes to Promotions. ph.modern reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All games available on the ph.modern Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcome of every game round is independently random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ph.modern or by any Player.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph.modern reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account. ph.modern's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with ph.modern customer support within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ph.modern's decision on disputed game results is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
6.4 Prohibited Game Strategies. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to play games on the ph.modern Platform is strictly prohibited. ph.modern employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and reserves the right to void winnings and close Accounts where prohibited strategies are detected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph.modern Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the ph.modern Platform — including but not limited to the ph.modern brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ph.modern or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. ph.modern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph.modern content.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not: (a) use the ph.modern name, logo, or branding without prior written consent; (b) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website; (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.
9.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. ph.modern is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from the ph.modern Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new Account.

10.1 Platform Availability. ph.modern does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.modern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. ph.modern's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph.modern Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. ph.modern shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 Data Collection. ph.modern collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Security. ph.modern implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph.modern cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. ph.modern may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the Player where required by law.
12.1 Right to Amend. ph.modern reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the ph.modern Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ph.modern Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ph.modern informally by contacting our customer support team. ph.modern will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
